On top of the hill, independent house re-built in 2012, breath taking sea view, out of noise, ideal up to 4 people, inside a luxuriant garden, reserved parking next home, shared swimming pool, tennis court and private garage in Lerici down-village limited traffic zone.

At level 2: master bedroom with private bathroom and airconditioned, two single beds bedroom, and equipped terrace.
The view is fantastic: the apartment is nice and very comfortable up to 4 people, with all nice furniture and accessories.
Entry the main gate and the road climbs the hill for some 100 meters, in the calm of the property “Le Agavi”, a private Mediterranean garden surrounded by olive trees, just overlooking Lerici bay, this apartment with terraces a have a terrific ocean view and the islands of the Gulf of Poets (as pictures show).
The pool is inside the property ay the top of the hill walking or by car: terrific view, change cabin, shower, and toilet.
Tennis court on synthetic ground is also inside the property.
Private parking spot inside Limited Traffic Zone in Lerici down-village.
This location is very beautiful in itself, for the view and the nature, but it’s also crucial as central pivot-point respect daily trips around. Close to beaches and to 5 Terre, to Portovenere, Portofino, Carrara marble quarries…and Pisa and Lucca. Daily excursions: from Lerici it’s easy to get to Portovenere and to the CINQUE TERRE by ferry boat, or by car (45 minutes to Riomaggiore) or by train from La Spezia Station (10 minutes La Spezia- Riomaggiore then Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso). On the east side of the gulf: the village of Tellaro and the beaches of Fiasherino, Montemarcello and its natural Mediterranean park, Bocca di Magra and the view on the Carrara marble quarries on the Apuan Alps, and at five minutes by car the medieval city of Sarzana.
The apartment is far from traffic, crowd and noise, in the nature, but easy to live: café and newspaper shop, bakery and organic grocery are at walking distance. In Lerici and San Terenzo is very easy to find cafè, pizzeria, restaurants and shops. Supermarkets nearby in the medieval city of Sarzana (at 6 km), the mall in La Spezia (10 km far).

BY TRAIN:
Train to La Spezia station (at 15km) or Sarzana station (at 8 km) + CAR RENT.
BY CAR:
Highway A12, arriving from North take La Spezia exit, arriving from South take Sarzana exit, and follow LERICI direction.
We are on the hills surrounding Lerici, inside a private estate and a park of Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees, over the bay in between the steep-to the sea castles of Lerici and San Terenzo (Lord Byron and Mary Shelley favourite place).

In the quite of the a private park, sourrounded by hundred of olive trees and other local plants and flowers. Thanks to the dedicated private parking in town from the cottage is very easy to get to the beach as well as to Lerici and its vivant restaurants, cafe and shops.
